FAQ

Questions,
answered straight.

What we do, how we work, and what you own — without the agency hedging.

What does Ninety Six Alpha do?

We architect the systems a business runs on — brand, software, and the infrastructure beneath them — designed and built as one coherent system you own outright. Most shops hand you deliverables and leave you to stitch them together; we hand you architecture.

What does “AI-native” actually mean here?

Autonomous agents do the labor — drafting, wiring, and the repetitive build work — while our architects design the system they run inside and own every decision that has to be defensible. Agents move fast; the judgment stays human.

Do we own what you build?

Entirely. Code, content, data, and IP transfer to you in full, on infrastructure you control. There's no rented platform you can't leave and no data you don't own — when an engagement ends, you keep the whole running system.

How fast can you ship?

Weeks, not months. Because the system is designed whole before it's built and agents execute the labor, we go from architecture to a live, running system far faster than a traditional agency assembling pieces by hand.

Is our data secure and confidential?

Confidentiality is built into the architecture: you own the data, load-bearing decisions stay human, and we put data residency, model-provider terms, and an NDA or DPA in writing per engagement. See our Trust & Security page for the full picture.

Do you only work with law firms?

No. We're vertical-agnostic — law firms are our flagship focus because regulated, high-stakes work is where our approach matters most, but we build for any operator who wants to own a durable, defensible system rather than rent one.

How do you price engagements?

We scope to what you're building rather than quoting a fixed menu. After a short conversation we recommend the right path — from a focused starting review to a full build to an ongoing partnership.
